All orders take 2-5 business days to be processed before they ship. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships from us here in Los Angeles, CA. Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery, depending on carrier delays. 
Amber Moon now has multiple locations, so you may receive two, or more, shipments from one order. You will receive tracking information on all shipments.

Shipping is calculated by the weight of each item directly through USPS using their current shipping rates. Your shipping amount will be calculated during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, and updates through email, and text if you choose, about order shipment and delivery.

 We ship some items internationally, and UPS or USPS are both available as choices on international orders. Please allow an additional few days for international orders to be delivered, as DHL items go through USPS first.

We do not offer free shipping at this time, except for occasional promotions.

If your package is lost for any reason, please file a claim with the shipping agent. If there is proof of delivery, your package is considered delivered on our end and we won't be shipping out any replacement items or offering refunds. If the shipping agent decides your claim in your favor and refunds Amber Moon, we will give you a store credit for your items, less any original or new shipping fees.

Return Policy 

Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you are happy with your purchase. 

Amber Moon does not offer refunds. All items bought during a sale, or sale items, Amber Moon Merch, Amber Moon Revival, Amber Moon Sample Share items, Vintage and gift cards are final sale and we will not accept returns on these items. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will accept returns on full price items only, within 7 days of receiving your item. You must submit a written request to: info@shopambermoon.com.

Returns must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags still attached. Once we receive your return, as long as it meets the above criteria, we will contact you about an exchange, or possible store credit for your item. If your return does not meet the above criteria, your return may be declined.


 You pay for return shipping. We do not reimburse for the initial or return shipping fees, and you pay for shipping on your new or exchanged item(s). Store credit may be issued for the value of the return, less any discount codes used, shipping charges and a restocking fee. Store credit may not be used on pre-orders, gift cards, or Amber Moon Beauty items from LimeLife by Alcone.
