Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Amber Moon does not offer refunds, but you may be able to return or exchange your item(s), if return procedures are followed. Sale items, items bought during a sale, Amber Moon Merch, Amber Moon Revival, Vintage, sample share items and gift cards are all FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Sizing and FAQs
Our items run true to size. Please check description below each item in our collection carefully, as we will note if an item runs small or is on the more generous side.
Extra Small: 0-2 // Small: 4-6 // Medium: 8-10 // Large: 12-14 //
XL: 14-16 // 1X: 16-18 // 2XL: 18-20 // 3X: 22-24
Many of our items are now inclusively sized from an XS or a S, up to 3X. Some styles also include 4X and 5X. See our inclusive styles here.

 As almost all of our items come sealed, we do not open the packages to take measurements, as it is not our preference to compromise the newness of the item. Contact us if you need sizing help, or refer to the below charts.
 
Shipping
All orders take 2-5 business days to be processed before they ship. Estimated delivery date starts when your order ships from us here in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 5-12 business days for your order to be delivered, depending on carrier delays. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, as we now have multiple locations. We do not offer free shipping and shipping is all weight based. Our system automatically calculates the weight of your order with current USPS shipping rates and charges you accordingly. We ship some items internationally, and UPS or USPS are both available as choices on international orders. Please allow a few extra days for international orders to be delivered. Items shipping through DHL go through USPS first.Tracking is available on all orders, and updates automatically.  Read more about shipping here.
Pre-Orders 
Amber Moon offers some pre-order items. Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned. Pre-order items will ship by the approximate date or time frame listed in the product description. If your order contains a pre-order item and non pre-order items, your pre-order items will be shipped separately from your other items. Please be aware that pre-orders can arrive early or after the anticipated arrival date posted with the item.
Store Credit
We offer store credit instead of refunds when you exchange an unworn/unused item, with tags still attached and in original packaging, within 7 days of receiving item(s). Store credit cannot be used towards pre-orders, jewelry in the Whimsie or 1929 Galore collections, or for the custom name puzzle by This and That etc. Your store credit will be issued for the amount you paid for the item, plus any taxes paid. We do not add the original shipping amount into the store credit, or reimburse for return shipping fees. Your store credit will be in the form of a one-time use discount code that never expires.
Clothing and Jewelry Care
Clothes: Please hand wash or dry clean all of your clothes from Amber Moon. We don't put anything in the dryer! Steam or iron (check clothing tag) to remove any wrinkles.
 
Jewelry: Clean gently with a soft, clean cloth. 

Note on adjustable rings  - Do not over stretch or bend the adjustable ring with force. There’s a slight chance the band could be broken or cause the stone to pop, because it's an open ring. Normal stretch or bend is fine.

 
Fabric Content:  All fabric content is listed within the description of each item. If fabric content is not noted, that means the designer did not let us know the fabric content. We do not wish to compromise the newness of the piece to open the packaging to check fabric content.
