Shipping

All orders take 2-5 business days to be processed before they ship. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships from us here in Los Angeles, CA. Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery, depending on carrier delays. 
Amber Moon now has multiple locations, so you may receive two, or more, shipments from one order. You will receive tracking information on all shipments.

Shipping is calculated by the weight of each item directly through USPS using their current shipping rates. Your shipping amount will be calculated during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, and updates through email, and text if you choose, about order shipment and delivery.

 We ship some items internationally, and UPS or USPS are both available as choices on international orders. Please allow an additional few days for international orders to be delivered, as DHL items go through USPS first.

We do not offer free shipping at this time, except for occasional promotions.

If your package is lost for any reason, please file a claim with the shipping agent. If there is proof of delivery, your package is considered delivered on our end and we won't be shipping out any replacement items or offering refunds. If the shipping agent decides your claim in your favor and refunds Amber Moon, we will give you a store credit for your items, less any original or new shipping fees.
